This is a Firefighter cubes/firstarter block centrifugalturntable automatic feeding and packaging machine.composed of feeding conveyor, centrifugal rotary sorting table, leveling conveying platform and high-speed horizontal flow wrapper. It’s perfectly matched for square hookah charcoal, ignition charcoal and barbecue combustible charcoal. Workers only need to pour charcoal blocks onto the feeding belt, the centrifugal rotary disc will automatically disperse, arrange and feed charcoal in order to the wrapping host machine, then automatically finish film feeding, bag forming, sealing and cutting finished bags. It realizes full automatic process from loose charcoal → arranged single/double charcoal blocks → individual sealed package. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel body, dust-proof and wear-resistant, suitable for harsh dusty production environment of charcoal factory. Stable and adjustable packing speed greatly cuts manual sorting cost, ideal for mass continuous production of charcoal products.
