This integrated baking tray automatic flipping and stacking machine is tailor-made for bakery, pastry and food processing factories. The whole machine adopts food-grade stainless steel frame structure, combining tray flipping unit, flat belt conveyor, servo robotic arm picking system and tray stacking storage device.
After baked goods are demolded from trays, the equipment automatically clamps and flips the baking tray 180°, conveys the inverted tray forward via conveyor belt, then the servo robotic arm accurately absorbs the empty trays, arranges and stacks them in batches, and the stacked trays can be directly transported with trolleys to realize fully automatic unmanned tray circulation on the bakery production line.
It is compatible with aluminum trays, stainless steel trays, plastic baking trays and other multi-material trays, featuring stable operation, high hygiene standard, easy disassembly and maintenance, greatly improving workshop production efficiency and reducing manual labor cost.
