It integrates vibratory bowl automatic feeding unit, double‑station vertical packing machine, finished‑product conveyor sorting mechanism and automatic cartoner. The machine automatically finishes parts sorting & feeding, individual pouch sealing & packing, packaged‑goods conveying, and pushes the sachet together with matched accessories into cartons. It realizes fully‑automatic workflow from loose parts to final cartoned products. The whole frame adopts 304 stainless‑steel, equipped with PLC & touch‑screen intelligent control system, featuring stable operation and labor‑saving. Widely applied for integrated packaging & cartoning of electric switches, sockets, hardware fittings and small plastic parts.
