Independently developed by UPPER, this integrated automatic sorting & secondary packaging machine is specially designed for puffed food, widely applied to packed snacks like potato chips, shrimp strips, rice crackers and crispy rice crusts. The front conveyor automatically sorts and arranges multiple single bags into neat groups, then feeds grouped products to film wrapping & sealing station. After covering transparent heat shrink film, the machine finishes bundle packaging via heat shrinking process.
The whole machine adopts full stainless steel frame, equipped with dual-touch PLC intelligent control system. High automation replaces manual sorting and packing, greatly boosting back-end packaging efficiency of food factories. It can be connected with front single packing machines to form a complete automatic production line.
