This machine is an automatic air cooling cake demolding machine, the whole machine is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel. It is suitable for assembly line operation of various bakery pastries such as cupcakes, muffins, sponge cakes, toasts and sandwiches. The equipment uses high-pressure air suction to peel off cake paper liners without manual demoulding. It can be seamlessly connected with tunnel ovens, cooling lines and packaging lines, greatly reducing labor costs. It keeps the cake intact during the whole process with stable and efficient demolding performance, which is the core supporting equipment for automated upgrading of large-scale bakery factories.
